Last month, EPP began operating as an independent U.S. registered 501c3 non-profit organization. We are grateful to CalCEF Innovations/New Energy Nexus for serving as our advisor and fiscal sponsor since we began six years ago. With this transition, we are delighted to welcome our new Board of Directors. Made up of individuals with deep expertise in renewable energy and climate finance, as well as international peace and security issues, and social change, our Board will help to guide EPP in our next stage of development and growth.
