Dr. Dan Kammen, is the Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Energy and Climate Justice with joint appointments in the Whiting School of Engineering Department of Civil and Systems Engineering and the Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, at Johns Hopkins University. Previously, Dr. Kammen was a professor of energy at UC-Berkeley and Founding Director of RAEL. He was previously the first Chief Technical Specialist for renewable energy and energy efficiency at the World Bank. He has served as a Fellow of the U. S. State Department’s ECPA, Advisor for US State Department, and US State Department Science Envoy.
